Internal Team Handbook
A structured, modular internal site built to centralize studio information, support onboarding, and give employees one reliable place to find what they need.
My Role
There was no ask, because there was no source of truth. The team needed a clear, organized system that was easy to maintain long-term. I identified the gap, defined the requirements, and took the lead on building the complete solution. I planned the structure, set the visual direction, and built the entire site end to end. I met with subject matter experts across teams to gather accurate information, validate details, and ensure the content was complete. From there, I organized and standardized everything into a clear system, created layout templates, and established guidelines for consistency and easy maintenance. The system is organized into three core categories; FAQ, team, and tech. Each page follows a repeatable template that keeps information consistent and easy to navigate.
Outcome
The handbook consolidated previously scattered information into one dependable, easy-to-use system. It streamlined onboarding, reduces repetitive questions, and ensures employees can quickly find accurate, up-to-date resources. The structure is simple to maintain, supporting long-term consistency.
