The Ask
Create a memorable “welcome kit” experience for new Ford truck customers that elevates the moment of purchase/first delivery. The goal was to make buyers feel excited about their new truck, highlight special features and exclusive access, foster brand affinity, and give them a tangible, shareable moment that turns the purchase into a full-brand experience.
My Role
I led the full creative concept and system design for the welcome kit. I defined the unboxing experience: packaging, presentation, and the tactile-visual identity. I designed the signage, hangtags, branded merch, and visual elements that nod to the new trims and special collabs.
